Alastair Hunter         Non-executive Chairman

Mr Hunter has more than 38 years experience in the management of resource projects in Australia, Africa and North America. He has played a significant role in a number of gold and base metals discoveries. Mr Hunter was formerly a director of Peninsular Minerals NL, and a former managing director of Matlock Mining NL and Anglo Resources NL.

Mr Hunter is responsible for providing strategic advice to the executive on the Group's Tanzania exploration projects and coordinating the Group's relationship with Zari Exploration Limited.

Richard Beazley        Managing Director

Mr Beazley is a mining engineer with more than 25 years' experience in the resources sector, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration.

Mr Beazley has previously held management and executive roles with a range of companies operating throughout Australia including Consolidated Minerals, St Barbara Limited, Aditya Birla Minerals Limited, Henry Walker Eltin Contracting Pty Ltd and Sons of Gwalia.

In line with his experience, Mr Beazley has a strong operational and technical background in a diverse range of minerals from bulk commodities of iron ore through to manganese, copper, gold and tantalum to boutique and market specific minerals of spodumene and kaolinite.

His career to date is typically highlighted by challenging roles from developing mining operations behind earthen walls constructed in the ocean at Cockatoo Island, to developing open cut operations in one of the wettest mines in the world at Woodie Woodie and installing an overhead conveyor system to hoist copper ore from an underground crushing chamber to a newly constructed concentrator and still have the ability to haul ore conventionally by truck at the same time at Nifty Copper.

He is a member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy where he has previously served as the Chairperson of the South West Branch for a number of years. It ts through this organisation that he maintains his status as a Chartered Professional.

Mr Beazley is also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.  

Dave Hammond         Technical Director

MSc in Mineral Exploration, DIC, BSc (Hons) Geology, MAusIMM

With an MSc in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines, London, Dave Hammond is a geologist with over 23 years technical and management experience in Africa and Australia, in a range of commodities and geological deposit styles. Mr Hammond was previously Exploration Manager with De Grey Mining Limited working on projects in the Pilbara and new project acquisitions globally.

His previous experience also includes Exploration Manager for Sons of Gwalia in the NE Goldfields of Western Australia and Project Geologist with Billiton in South Africa and Zambia.

Jonathan Murray         Non-Executive Director

Bachelor Laws and Commerce

Mr Murray is a partner at independent corporate law firm Steinpreis Paganin, based in Perth, Western Australia. He specializes in equity capital raisings, all forms of acquisitions and divestments, governance and corporate compliance.

Mr Murray graduated from Murdoch University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (majoring in accounting). He is also a member of FINSIA (formerly the Securities Institute of Australia).

Mr Murray is currently a non-executive director of Hannans Reward NL, Laguna Resources NL and Kalgoorlie Mining Company Limited.

 Linda Paini             Chief Financial Officer/Company Secretary

B Bus (Accounting), CPA

Ms Paini is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the Edith Cowan University. She has more than 15 years accountancy experience, and corporate secretarial experience, with a focus in the last 6 years in the resource sector.

Ms Paini has previously provided company secretary support for a number of listed corporations.
